Ordering and Delivery

There are several ways you can order from us:

• Online using PayPal in the shop
• Download the .pdf file here, print it, fill it in and send it to us with your cheque
• Send us an email to handmade@simplyherbs.co.uk, tell us what you need and we will post your order with an invoice
• Ring us on 01480 472301 and again we will post your order with an invoice
• Come and meet us at one of our farmers markets and other events and buy in person.

At Simply Herbs, we are very proud of our fast response to orders. We aim to post your order on the day we receive it and if we can't do this we will try and tell you why. Things are very seldom out of stock, but if we do have to make a special order for you it may take a couple of days. The only exception to this timetable is if we are closed for holidays. If you are ordering by post and sending a cheque we do not wait until the cheque clears we will still post the day we receive your order. If you order by phone, we post your order with an invoice and ask you to send us a cheque by return. We are very happy to say that in ten years of working like this, no-one has ever let us down and we had only one bounced cheque! We must have some very honest customers and we are happy to carry on supplying on this basis. We are also happy to say that the many thousands of orders we have sent out over this time have been delivered by Royal Mail and only two ever got lost and one of those turned up in the end. So we send everything by normal Royal Mail second class post. If you need first class, please add £1.00 to the total. Postage for orders under £20.00 is £2.00; over £20.00 post free to UK mainland. For overseas, please ask for a quote.
