HERPES SIMPLEX Fever sore caused by Herpes Simplex type 1, which infects the face, mouth and eyes. May be transmitted by kissing. Causes cold sores around the mouth which ulcerate and form a scab. Recurrent and painful. Treatment: Melissa (Lemon Balm) Care Cream and Herbal Lip Salve which contains Melissa (Lemon Balm), are used for the treatment of cold sores on the mouth.
