ACNE Acne is an inflammatory sebaceous skin disease which is found frequently in adolescents at the onset of puberty when the sebaceous (grease) glands become more active. Avoid the use of Vaseline which through the build up of bacteria may cause pustular reaction. For topical Acne treatment bathe the area with Distillate of Witch Hazel or dilute Tea Tree Oil.
